This insurance really has to be a joke. Trying to file a claim on my home due to weather damage and not only can I find anything on site about even the word claim but their voice mail service hangs up the phone on you.
Most insurance companies you can file a claim 24 hours. I’ll be lucky if file a claim with this company!

It is extremely difficult to get through to this company. I called 10 numbers before I was directed to the appropriate department, after submitting the info for a claim, I was told that I have to wait for another date for them to call me with a claim number.

I’m sending this message in regards to my claim 2013088530. I filed this claim because my roof has experienced a tremendous amount of hale and wind damage. The insurance adjuster that was contracted by your company stated that because of the amount of damage, my roof should be replaced. In addition, 3 roofing contractors came out and stated the same.
I have had to call numerous times to speak with my insurance handler and on each occasion not get any additional information. The constant calling has been going on for over a month. Initially, it was because she wasn’t sure what was covered and what wasn’t covered. Then it was she needed to review my claim with her manager. Then it was, her manager is in training (on a Monday) and he will not be out of training until Friday of the same week. Then it was my manager came back from training, but I took vacation and I’m just getting back and haven’t had the opportunity to review your claim with my manager.
Now its, your roof doesn’t need to be replaced, only about 54 shingles and ancillary pieces valuing $2500. Now I’m being told that I’m only going to get a check for $557.74 and the remaining once all work is complete.
I asked to have what would be covered mailed to me, instead I get a check for $557.74 with NO explanation of what a contractor is supposed to come out to do or what the total amount of the loss that they figured after they’ve taken a month to review the claim.
I DO NOT want Tashwa Johnson to call my phone every again. I left a message for her manager to call me on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, and have yet to receive a return phone call. I would like to speak with someone who can provide assistance, preferably someone above Tashwa Johnson’s manager.
I will not hire a contractor or cash this check until I have an explanation over the phone and in writing.

My wife (Kimberly Delibero Glennie) is selling her house which closes this week until the a/c condensing units were vandalized. Trying to communicate with our agent is less than impressive as even though we have a direct line we can never reach a person and calls are not returned.

As far as I could tell, through my agent, this company did everything it could to not pay my claim. This claim should have been a slam dunk.
My interests were not protected and it seems the agent misled me and manipulated the situation so they wouldn’t have to pay.

Wow, I was looking into this company, but after the overwhelming amount of negative reviews, I will pass. I earnestly hope those that have issues with claims have contacted the BBB so that this is on record for those consumers that do not visit this website.
People need to be told to save them the frustration I have seen here. There are ALWAYS negative reviews on companies, but when the negative out number the positive by about 20-1 that is something to stay away from!

They collect your payments on time, but if you ever need them, they are nowhere to be found!! Unreturned phone calls and claim adjusters with horrible attitudes. One, in particular, Cody Courtney, very condescending.

Had roof damage from Hurricane Mathew. I filed a claim and never heard from anyone after that. Called back at 888-467-2261 and was told the owner was busted for alleged pedophilia.
The guy Mike Ford said he was just taking calls from disgruntled customers and the guy ran off with our money.

Minus 10! Total ripoff and should be illegal! They charged me 300 a month for years when it would have been 35/mo. thru Allstate or other companies. They charged this as part of my mortgage along with the wind insurance since I live in MS south of I-10. They owe me about 25k back from the last 8 years!!! Wish I could sue and may!
