    YOUR COMPANY STINKS.

    I HAVE BEEN HARASSED BY PAST DUE NOTICES FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS AND CAN’T GET ANYONE TO CLEAR UP THE PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN IGNORED AND LEFT HANGING ON THE PHONE WITH YOUR LINCOLN NE OFFICE. I HAVE BEEN PAYING ON MY POLICY FOR 38 YEARS AND YOU FOLKS ACT LIKE I AM TRYING TO DO YOU OUT OF MONEY.

    I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE

    To Whom it may concern: I had submitted a form for a loan on whole life insurance policy on the 18th of June 2011 and I have not received anything, but another form for submission for the loan.

    This should not be necessary and is very inconvenient. I will submit again, but I feel I should not have to.

    Try getting this stupid company after 4pm. The whole idea of a claims dept is to be able to access them anytime!! My brother is dead and I have to wait 3 frickin days to find out what cover we have.

    PATHETIC!!!!!!!

    It appears this company has poor customer service in many facets of the business.

    I have waited over a month to receive my payment for a matured life policy. After sending the required Request for Payment Form plus my copy of the policy and four follow-up phone calls, I have yet to receive a check as provided by the policy.

    In addition, the Team Leaders at the Jacksonville Illinois Office have failed to return calls as promised.

    You can find more reliable companies than this one.

    This company is horrendous!

    Been trying for two months to make a simple change in my policy. Long hold times, different information every time, very nonprofessional –

    avoid this company if you can.

    All these complaints are scaring me. I signed up for a 20 yr policy back in 98′. When it comes time to renew in October I think I’ll go with someone else.

    Customer service is everything and if they’re just concerned about signing people up and not serving them then it’s time to split.

    The best way to get any action out of this or any insurance company that you have a legitimate complaint about is to file a formal complaint with the New York Department of Insurance. The company, by law, has to address your complaint within a specified period of time.

    This is the second 45% premium raise since I started the Long Term Care Policy. Unfair.

    My elderly parents have been paying on a simple $5000 death policy since 2001 and have paid over $16,000 in premiums.

    My dad just passed away and now the company wants my 90-year-old mother to continue paying the same outrageous premiums that they were paying for both of them so she can remain covered for the same $5000 burial policy. Absolutely ludicrous!

    My mom shouldn’t have to pay another penny to this company considering the amount she and my dad have already paid them. No wonder the insurance business has such a bad name. I wanted to send an email to the CEO of this company to plead my case with him but there’s not even an email address to be found anywhere for them.

    DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES!

    This is quite upsetting to read all of these messages. I am trying to find out WHY I haven’t received a statement in YEARS and WHERE ARE YOU? …. you keep taking premiums out of my checking account!

    Seems you should make yourself more available to the hand that feeds you! PLUS I think this site should date all the reviews so we know when the bad spells occur and there should be a post whether each person’s concern was satisfied to their expectations (NOT YOURS).

    today is 9-13-12 I am still looking how to find you!!!!!

    It seems like only negative reviews make it to this board so I will post a POSITIVE experience as of 2/22/13.

    Toll-free number was answered immediately. Polite customer service and accurate answers to my questions from both of the phone reps that I talked to.

    NO complaints based on this single experience I have had with this company.

    We have been trying to get our claim check for three months. My mother-in-law passed in march.They say the check is on the reviewer’s desk. Must have a lot of reviews

    10-23-13 I am also going to post a positive comment. I just called the 800 number as well, selected 0, and got a representative immediately who answered my question immediately and was very helpful!

    Been getting jerked around for 8 months since my mom passed away. They are not cooperative and keep making me jump thru hoops with no outcome. They are trying to get me to give up and let them keep the 50 grand.

    Will file my second complaint with the Wi. insurance commission.
