Currently, the above mentioned number would be your best chance of finding out if a quote is possible through this company. Often small businesses will only have one method of contact, and sometimes this means not being able to secure a quote online as you might with a larger named company.

There is a very poor system for us to pay our insurance in Waco, Texas. If the agent dont’t steal your money then the office here can’t tell you if you have a policy with tem or not.

Agent Daniel in Channel view is a very aggressive salesperson. He will tell you terrible stories to convince you into signing a contract and will gossip about his clients to each other. Very unprofessional and judgmental.
He will act aggressively if payments are not made on time and will tell you how sorry you will be when you die or thieves break in. If you have teenage girls keep an eye on him. Be careful with this door to door strangers…

There isn’t a rating low enough for this company.
My 86-year-old father took out a small life insurance policy in 1956 never missing a monthly payment. Eight months ago he mailed a signed policy surrender document asking to cash the policy in and found that after making over $9050.00 in payments the policy today is only worth $1600.00 and has yet to receive a check.
Their customer service, which must consist of one person because that’s the only one who answers each time, can only say it’s in process. For eight months??? We can’t talk with anyone in the processing department because they don’t have phones in that department.
I will be making another call and ask to speak to the president Edward James Konar in hopes of getting this ridiculous situation resolved. If that doesn’t help I will be going to court and ask for the money due my father and include a request for back payments he’s had to make for the last 8 months in fear that if he didn’t pay they will cancel the policy and he will get nothing.

The WORST insurance company to deal with and get your money! I’m on my 3rd year trying to get a mere $500 benefit my parents left me. Found out early that Reliable paid another family!! The other family insured name didn’t even match much less her Social Security number!
How did Reliable manage to pay out? Ever since I’ve had to jump through hoops….Reliable keeps giving me paperwork to fill out and then state that the “Adjuster” is reviewing, BS, I say. Reliable made a huge mistake paying out claims to the wrong people and covering it up.
When they say they will call you back……NOT TRUE!

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
My mother-in-law had $500 policy on each of her 4 boys since the 1960’s. She passed away in 2001. I continued to pay the premiums never missing one! When my brother-in-law passed away in February, I caught hell trying to collect the claim.
After jumping through hoops, getting all the paper work sent in completing form after form, they eventually sent the check to his illegitimate daughter who had never had a DNA done or anything else. When she received the check she laughed in my face.
After all this hoop jumping, I decided to cash surrender the one on my husband. The miles and miles of paper work started all over again. I finally began calling the district office in Little Rock and was told the form had been scanned into their office on August 8th but nothing had been done. After several additional calls, the district manager, Tom Myers finally signed off on it and I received a check in September. By the way, the cash surrender form was submitted July 27th.
I will never give them the time of day again and hope everyone else feels the same way!
