The worse insurance company..it’s been close to two months and nobody in that company will work to give me an answer. I told the texas board of insurance.

Very bad company when they have to pay out.

this insurance company has drug me around for 6 months took over 1 month to get me a rental. I drove a 4 door pick up and was put into a Hyundai Elantra that wouldn’t hold my family then hassled me about an attorney letter that the attorney needed to send them too. the letter the attorney sent me wasn’t good enough.

after all, this I’m tired of dealing with this horrible insurance company I am going to the Board of Insurance about this matter. they still haven’t settled with me to this date 5/25/2011

This is the worse company that I have dealt with in my over forty years of living. They lie, don’t want to talk to you and give you the runaround.

Good company. Decent prices. Can file your claim online. Also, can write a policy online as well. Reasonable.

The person who hit me told Santa Fe that it was their fault, and the company is telling me they do not know whose fault is… I got hit while parked!!

I’m about to just pay my deductible and let Allstate deal with them.

Car was hit while it was parked by a car/person insured by Santa Fe. Took almost two weeks for the adjuster to call back; then they towed the car to an auction yard, Co-Parts. Everything inside the car was stolen.

Still trying to get them to take responsibility. They are horrible to work with.

This is the worst insurance company I had ever had to deal with. I was hit by a car insured by Santa Fe, and they were at fault. took a month and a half to get a callback, no rental car whatsoever. they do give u the runaround and are very rude about it.

the supervisor is never available for a call nor is the person in charge of your claim. now that I have an offer to settle the claim, they want EVERYTHING for them, power of attorney, title, notified and to release them from any responsibility without any payments being made to me and tell me they will pay in 2 checks because the amount is too high!! ridiculous.

if there was anything less than 1 star, I would rate them that!

After months of inattention to our claim, you finally sent us a check for repairs but sent a check of only $120.00 for auto rental which is supposed to cover the “8 to 10 days” that the Collision King body shop near our home says it will take for the repairs. Your adjuster said “6 days”. Even if it takes 6 days to repair, body shops work 5-1/2 so it necessitates a replacement vehicle for a weekend, no matter how you figure it, let alone the “8 to 10 days” the body shop has told us.

Our vehicle is a very fine Hyundai Azera with all the bells and whistles. Where can we rent a reliable vehicle for “8 to 10 days” with automatic transmission, air condition and cruise control for $120.00? We see the following in your reviews. We’ve had it with your company. It takes $285.00 minimum. If you don’t come up with the full $285.00 we will have an attorney file a “Dealing In Bad Faith” claim against you.

No wonder you have such sorry reviews. You’ve been messing us arounded for over 1/3rd of a year. Here is a reminder of your five latest reviews: Santa Fe Auto Insurance Company Insurance Quotes

This company is a scam. if you pay them they will never pay your claims.

  10. Timothy Fox 13. Apr, 2012 at 12:00 am #

Rear-ended by a drunk driver who fled the scene (Santa Fe’s client!). Lied to by adjuster who attempted to manipulate figures. Took three weeks to get a rental car because they needed to talk to their client (who was in jail!).

They finally approved a rental car, but called the rental car company six days into the rental and said they wouldn’t cover it effective the day before (effectively back-dating their coverage without any notification to us). Still no settlement, no car and now no rental.

This company is more the sub-standard. They are bottom of the barrel. Insure with anyone else and you will do better.

This company is crap, car was stolen, took them over two months to get them to even talk to me then after two or more months my car was found trashed to hell all while they didn’t even give me a rental.

I haven’t heard anything from them since they found my car got a lawyer the lawyer sent them a letter and they haven’t even answered the lawyer back yet its been almost four months now
