Purchased a policy from them and it took almost a month before I received my declarations. Then after having a claim I was told that it would take almost a week before I could get a rental car and then my claim was pushed back even further.
I’m going back to my prior insurance company where they are on MY Side!

This company sucks.
I didn’t request to change my homeowners insurance policy, then I find out these people somehow changed it to them. NOT COOL! Now my premiums have gone up.
I WANT MY OLD POLICY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!

I personally don’t have this company. However, I was in an accident with one of their customers. He admitted responsibility, took them a week to file a claim and another week to get an adjuster out. Going on to the third week without a car and nothing has gotten done.

Do not ever get this company!
I was involved in a wreck FIVE months ago and the car at fault has this insurance, Republic group… affiliated with this Southern Insurance, and The lady we talked to is Victoria Martinez, she was very rude and thought that WE should do some leg work and try and get a hold of the person who hit us and bill them… umm that’s YOUR job Victoria Martinez!
We have State Farm and THEY are AMAZING! they get back with us instantly and always keep us informed on the process even if there has been no change! LOVE State Farm!
