Our insurance was to start on Nov. 1st after my policy had ended. After requesting it more than once and having them repeat the date. They chose to deduct to premium again in Nov. They don’t return calls and when you talk to them they will tell you what you want to hear.
After canceling my insurance they still deducted the dental premium. What part of cancel did they not understand?

I was unable to ever get a live person to confirm INS benefits for one of my patients or an address to send claims to so now the patient is being billed and she is not too happy about it.
I suggested she find a new insurance company that is honorable and honest and accessible.

This is a SCAM! They are liars.
They will try to trick you into buying the cheapest deal but it is not a coverage! The worst costumer service! impossible to reach someone! If you did, they are not helpful!
I decided to switch insurance and I had requested TWICE and I still have not got my money, it has been over a month now! They’re only there to make money off of you , please, I’m not writing because I want to let out my anger but it’s for you, I don’t want what happen to me happen to you, please do yourself a favor and not go to this company!!
