Good service and rates from a solid reliable Company

I have been with Texas Farm Bureau for more than a decade. I am very happy with the service and the coverage. Never had any step price increases like my former Insurance Company did and made me switch to Texas Farm Bureau. I had hail damage one time and that was handled very quickly and to my full satisfaction. Both the house and a couple of cars got damaged. I will probably stay with them for life, unless something drastic would happen. But I ...

Seeking other insurance provider - in your best interest

Lacking customer service skills with agent and staff. Not accommodating to long term clients. Promises made for premiums and coverage that they could not guarantee and honor. Misleading gestures and promises made. Not trustworthy.

Good coverage, good rates

Texas Farm Bureau provides a good coverage with competitive rates.. I have both auto and home owners and have had no issues when I had an auto claim. Fortunately , I haven’t had to use the home owners as of this date.

At first my experience seemed like it was flowing in the right direction. However, the person I was dealing with would call me back and say that the quote was not correct. Discounts that I was told I was eligible in the end did not apply. I had to pay more out of pocket. Wrong information and wrong documents that I had signed were null and void. Spent too much time calling and finding out what actually was part of my policy. My premium quote ...

Farm Bureau is the best, most aff insurance company around.

The best insurance company around. Friendly staff and very timely claims adjusters. I've never had a problem with them and I recommend them to everyone. They make you feel like family instead of a number. If my payment is late or closer to termination they call and email me to ensure I make my payment before it terminates.

Wish We Had Switched Sooner!

My first experience with this company was my dad as an independent insurance agent having touted its praises for so many years before I asked for a quote! What we have learned since is that we save a of money with Farm Bureau, even having a teenage male driver not long after we switched. They have handled every claim we have had fairly and quickly. They even reimbursed for our son having to have his car unlocked when he didn't know we had roadsid...

So far so good

I have nothing bad to say, our rates have stayed the same and we've never had an incident, or had to file a claim. Their rates were by far the most reasonable when we were comparison shopping.
