    Not a good company.

This is a company that has mastered its way out of paying claims. If you have insurance with them and need to use it, get ready for weeks of delays and demands, and then they will still want more useless information to avoid paying a claim.

This company has assets of $779,210,403, capital of $3,400,000, and net surplus of $332,309,766. Yet it can not pay $1925 claim and it uses other insurance company’s paid claims to base their decision to not pay out to the claimant.

Do not trust this company and report them to your state insurance commission.

Your company really sucks the big fat one.

The company does not pay claims made. It thrives off of letting other insurance companies pay claims. Then say they have no obligation to pay because the other company paid.

    Screw you, THIEVES.

On unemployment and these people want my employment history from before I even got a loan from one of the lenders that use them. Won’t pay!!

And kinda funny that all the other lenders I have not minded paying unemployment insurance payments!!

    Do not use this company.

I’ve had the same agent for the past 20 years. They recently dumped the provider they had and replaced with Triton. I’ve had no tickets, no accidents and have paid my premiums ahead of time for the past 20 years (with my old company). I paid my premium with Triton for 6 months when the companies changed.

1 1/2 months into my new policy I was cancelled because I did not add the other people in my apartment building to my policy (these are my neighbors with their own apartments and cars).

I’m still trying to reason with this company and tell them these people are not related to me and they have their own cars. I kinda hope they do cancel me because if this is how they deal with a good customer I could imagine what they would do with a legitimate claim.

They drag their feet, ask and re-ask for information already provided, as though it was never provided, make fraudulent claims they sent out letters when they didn’t, etc.

Even after being told on the phone that payment of settlement was due in three days, three weeks later they closed the claim instead because they’d not received requested information.

    Corrupt liars.
