    DUMP this company if you have it!!!! It is a never ending nightmare.

    Not paying covered expenses, finding one excuse after another, and either not returning calls when promised or calling and leaving a long distance number for YOU to pay for. They are really good at saying no to claims. They have apologized on occasion for incorrectly denying payment but still continue to make the same mistakes!

    This is a terrible health insurance company.

    They constantly reject claims that are valid. They will do everything that they can to avoid paying you, hoping that you will get tired of appeals. This is the worse company that I can imagine.

    We are still fighting a valid claim that occurred 2 years ago.

    I have this company for my retirement plan. It is one of the worst companies around.

    It took me over 14 weeks to get a straight answer. I talk to 4 people 6 different explanations 2 different one from the same claim specialist. They would give me one explanation and give a different one to the doctor billing office . They even told the union people 2 different things.

    So now after 14 weeks I am out over $600 for because no one in that stupid Kingston service center knew what they were talking about. Now after 14 weeks all I get is unofficial information that has your doctor resubmit it using medical condition codes. My response is why so the doctor office and myself can send another 14 weeks fighting and another 100 hrs plus in calls and more calls. Bull I will not have this company for a supplement when I reach 65.
