    If I had to do it all over again, and my choice was to run my hand through the garbage disposal or to use this company, I would choose the former.

    I am working on two months to get my repairs done, have had to pay for everything in advance, and have been able to speak to no one in the claims office. As well, I have had to do all of the leg work myself.

    This has been the worst service I’ve ever experienced. This review form does not allow negative stars. Unfortunate.

    worst company to have as an insurance provider, trash reps for customer service and no care for the people that are paying them for crap!

    I’ve been throwing my money away with this company for almost 3 years now and did they give 2 craps when I asked for some decent customer care? no !! no, they didn’t .

    I sell insurance, independent agent. I represent numerous companies. I have been happy with Dairyland/Viking Insurance and have worked with them for many years. They have great prices, especially for those with less than perfect records and other high-risk drivers.

    I do not have any complaints about the customer service. They answer the phone when I call and are happy to assist. I have not had any customer complaints with this company.

    The satisfaction of my customers is my priority. If I had problems with any company, I wouldn’t sell their products.

    I bought a motorcycle in 2009 and paid for a year in full of insurance. I received letters from Viking stating they were going to cancel my insurance due to nonpayment of monthly premium. When I called they told me don’t worry about it they would fix it in this system and we had the same problem for the next few months.

    We finally stopped getting the threats in the mail but, we found out why when our bike was stolen and they refused to pay because they had already cancelled our insurance!! They offered a year of free insurance instead….

    The claim department sucks! They do not reply to my emails or give me a callback. Then the lady goes on vacations and no one can take care of my file…nice one! While she goes on vacations I have to struggle with my car.

    Worst company in the world. I would rather pay double the amount in order to get the right customer service.

    Everyone that works there does not help! Don’t even waste your time wasting your breath like I did. Just hire a lawyer and have them give you a refund plus any distress. This is exactly what I’m doing, since nobody in that company can help.

    1-star rating, no wonder your company is so pathetic. I will be writing to BBB association as well.

    They stink. Put a claim on my insurance record and it was not even my accident. So I get charged by other insurance companies a higher rate then I should be paying because they won’t remove the accident!

    This company fails at helping you get you back on the road. They claim they need more information so they don’t need to pay out.

    I’m now off to call my Lawyer to get this mess fixed.

    I have statefarm luckily. However, the driver who rear-ended me has this P.O.S company. I was on a motorcycle and was injured and have called and physically talked to reps hand delivering them estimates,police reports,and any other info required.

    It has been 2 weeks now and they haven’t even filed the claim. Calling a lawyer today. This is ridiculous, but I see its no fluke. I would sooner sodomize myself then deal with this outfit again.

    I was involved in a Scooter accident and unfortunately had Viking Insurance as my Insurance Company. They purposely jumped the gun and sent me a less than deductible check so they could rip me off. Though the accident was clearly not my fault, they attempted to put points on my record.

    They additionally have less-than-competent appraisal agents who also try to rip you off. By far the WORST insurance company I have ever had! Switched to a MUCH BETTER provider!

    This insurance company has done nothing but give me a constant headache. THEY SUCK.

    I have never dealt with customer service as horrible at this. They never call back and are always “out of the office” this is ridiculous!

    You would think they would try and change something with all of the horrible reviews they get. You all need to get your s*** straight.

    Was involved in an accident and the driver that hit me had this insurance. Two police officers WITNESSED their insured failing to yield the right of way and documented it! They denied the claim and refused to pay!

    This is a company without integrity & with very little professionalism. BUYERS BEWARE & if you do get hit-sadly you will have to hire a lawyer.

    I just got rear ended by someone insured with this company. I have left numerous messages and haven’t received a call back yet!

    After reading these reviews I must say that I am worried that I won’t get my car repaired. 🙁

    The cheapest insurance. $148 total for full coverage on my Mustang and basic liability on my Suburban and I’m 20 years old with no tickets at all on my record and I’m living in California!

    The Jury is still out on this one… I recently bought a car on credit so I had to add it to my policy under full coverage, I followed their instructions and paid an extra 98.00 to add my new car. My existing policy is good to 2-1-15 and a few days after I paid the additional money they asked for to include the new car in the policy, my policy was cancelled due to non-payment.

    I am going to call them later to try to straighten this out, but from the comments above, I am not holding out too much hope.

    Cuidado con esta aseguranza solo dejo este mensaje para ayudar por favor no agarren esta aseguranza ya que no responden en nada y toman mas de un mes para investigaf gu reclamo y al final solo so excusas asta que te dicen que no muy mala aseguranza ojo que no sirve no te ayudan tengan cuidado

    Tambien me pego un muchacho que venia drogado y borracho el dijo que se durmio y se estrello en mi carro fue perdida total espere mas de un mes y se reusaron a pagar y la muchacha que llevaba mi caso solo de enojada amargada no tenia profesionalismo de resolver las cosas cuidado no sirve esta aseguranza es bueno tener algo que respondan y te ayuden con servicio al cliente bien fallaron y dijerom que el señor no tuvo la culpa no investigaron nada y dijeron que el no tuvo la culpa que alguien le pego a el puros pretesto cuando el señor se durmio en su carro y se estrello en el mio cuidado con esta aseguranza no sirve para nada te meten en muchos problemas OJO!!!
